When is the Great Leadership Reset Global Forum, when will the talks be broadcast, and how do I watch it?

The Great Leadership Reset is October 19 – 28, 2021. Each day you will be able to view new sessions, plus the sessions from the day before. Look for an email each day with a link to watch the training.

All of the videos for each day will be posted by 8 AM Eastern Standard Time and you will be able to watch them for a full 48 hours.

I haven't received a confirmation email for the event. Am I signed up?

Immediately after you signed up for The Great Leadership Reset, we sent you an email with the subject line You’re in for The Great Leadership Reset. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder or promotions/events inbox in case it was misplaced. If you are unable to locate the confirmation email anywhere in your mailbox, please reach out to us at and we’ll take care of you.

How do I access my three free gifts?

When you signed up for the event, you should have received an email with access to the three free registration gifts, with the subject line You’re in for The Great Leadership Reset. You can also find them here.

Can I access the videos on my mobile device or tablet?

Yes! You should be able to access the videos and audios on any mobile device or tablet.

I bought one of the Upgrade Packages. How can I access my login info?

Click here and then enter your email.

You will get an automated email titled “Reset password instructions.” Enter your own password (8 char minimum) and you are on your way! Click the Upgrade Package name on the top left to enter the website.

If you get an “email not found” error, please be sure to enter the email that you ordered under. If there’s still a problem, please contact us at and we’ll be glad to help you.

When do I get the bonuses and recordings?

If you purchased the Core Upgrade, you can access all available bonus gifts now in your membership portal here. (We’re adding them as they become available.) Your training videos will become available as they are released during the event. Look for an email each day of the event with a list of the current days’ speakers and a link to access them in your membership portal. The videos will remain in your membership portal after they are released for easy download and continued watching or study. In addition to the talks in the video format, you’ll also find downloadable access to the MP3 audio files and PDF transcripts. 

How do I access the event transcripts and when will they be made available?

Transcripts are available to those who purchased an Upgrade Package and they will become available as they are released during the event. In some cases, the transcripts will take a day or two after the talk is first broadcast before they become available.

Do you offer scholarships for a discounted event rate?

Yes, we do! We support all who work to cultivate their leadership practice in their professional and personal lives. And we especially admire those who work do so despite obstacles and barriers. Is there a refund policy?

If for any reason an upgrade package doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us at to cancel your membership. A full refund is available within 30 days of your purchase.
